When you call, one of our representatives will assist you with your schedule and appointment needs and will walk you through the pre-admission process. Our representatives are also glad to provide you with any additional information, and will be happy to answer your questions as well as provide information about the service(s) you will be receiving.
Online Patient Pre-Registration
You may pre-register online by clicking "Online Pre-Registration" in the upper right corner. You must complete our online registration form at least 3 business days in advance of your requested procedure date. Your information will be sent directly to our facility in a secure format. Online pre-registration is available for all inpatient and outpatient services, including diagnostic testing.
Please remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you on the day of your appointment. All co-pay, deductibles and patient responsibilites are due at the time of service. Your insurance coverage and benefits will be verified in advance of calculating your responsibility. You will be contacted prior to your service.
On the day of your pre-admission testing appointment, please report to the Registration Department located in the main lobby of the hospital. Free parking is available directly in front of the building. Please inform the volunteer at the pavilion information desk of your name and appointment time. A registration clerk will meet with you to confirm pre-registration information and to obtain necessary consents for treatment.
Forty-eight (48) hour advance registration is required for the following procedures:
- Surgeries
- CT Scans
- MRI
- Ultrasound
- Mammograms
- Nuclear Medicine
- IVP
Registration & Admissions
On the day of your test, please try to arrive 1/2 hour prior to your appointment for registration. The Registration Department is located in the lobby of the main building. Central Registration hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Direct admissions to the hospital are also handled in the Registration Department. Admission hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Admissions after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends are handled in the Emergency Department.
